Hi there, I’m Chelsea Richardson, a Los Angeles transplant originally from Denver, Colorado.

As a physical therapist at re+active, I serve people with neurologic diagnoses who are looking for ways to recover activity, restore hope and rediscover the joy in all aspects of their lives! It is my passion to help my clients have more independence through exercise and brain change, while making it fun and full of positivity! I received my doctorate in physical therapy from University of Southern California, and went on to complete the Schmidt Movement Disorders Physical Therapy Fellowship with re+active and UCLA in 2017. I am now the director of the fellowship and the director of our Functional Neurological Disorders (FND) program (learn more about it here: FND program)

When I’m not working as a physical therapist, I love spending time at the beach.  And it is no secret I have an obsession with dogs, especially my cute and snuggly pug named Larry Oliver! I can’t wait to meet you and look forward to helping you on your journey to a fuller, happier life!
