Chelsea Richardson, PT, DPT, NCS (she/her)

Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist

Clinic Lead

Movement Disorder Specialist

Hi there, I’m Chelsea Duncan, a Los Angeles transplant originally from Denver, Colorado. As a physical therapist at re+active, I serve people with neurologic diagnoses who are looking for ways to recover activity, restore hope and rediscover the joy in all aspects of their lives! It is my passion to help my clients have more independence through exercise and brain change, while making it fun and full of positivity! Whether you are looking to move better, feel better or think better, my individualized approach will help you get what you’re looking for. I’ve got a doctorate in physical therapy from University of Southern California, am a Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) certified therapist and am the 2017 Schmidt Movement Disorders Physical Therapy Fellow. Through the fellowship, it is my goal to spread the reach of quality physical therapy care for people with movement disorders. When I’m not working as a physical therapist, I love spending time at the beach as I am a new South Bay resident.  And it is no secret I have an obsession with dogs, especially cute and snuggly pugs! I can’t wait to meet you and look forward to helping you on your journey to a fuller, happier life!
