Hi there, I’m Michael Chung!

As a physical therapist at re+active, I serve people with neurologic diagnoses and chronic pain who are looking for ways to recover activity, restore hope and rediscover the joy in all aspects of their lives! My passion is to coach clients through their goals to have a meaningful improvement in their function while of course having an awesome and fun time. I received my doctorate in physical therapy from University of Southern California where I earned the Order of the Golden Cane, the highest honor in the division, and went on to complete the Neurological Clinical Specialty in 2025. I am now the lead program director of all integrated programs here at re+active and the director of our Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) program.

When I’m not at re+active, I like to play tennis, surf, read, and play board games with friends! I absolutely cannot wait to learn more about you and be a part of your recovery journey.
