Meet the Team
We look forward to meeting you!

Psychology Director, Neuropsychologist
I am a neuropsychologist with a passion for the outdoors and optimizing brain health and function! In therapy sessions, I incorporate cognitive-behavioral interventions with the goal of arming you with skills to enhance your sense of control over your symptoms and to internalize ways of thinking and behaving which promote recovery and optimal quality of life. I also administer neuropsychological testing to individuals who report changes in cognitive functioning, the results of which are used to explore brain-boosting exercises and methods of adapting or enhancing your daily functioning.

Marriage and Family Therapist
Areas that I am particularly passionate about include the intersection of chronic illness and grief, identity exploration, and life transitions. I absolutely love being part of our amazing Zebra programs and creating long-term relationships to support and address all things chronic illness-related from a strengths based lens!
In therapy, I incorporate a combination of mind-body strategies (such as mindfulness and guided imagery), as well as CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy. My goal is to empower you in reconnecting with your true self; we will work together to let go of self-judgment, guilt and maladaptive patterns, and uncover inner strength and enhance resilience. Regardless of where you are in your journey, I will meet you where you’re at and help you move to where you’d like to be.

Associate Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist
I am a psychotherapist, athlete, and lover of all things mind–body. My passion for psychology began as an NCAA Division I beach volleyball player at UCLA, where I learned the power of mental resilience. Having overcome anorexia nervosa and functional neurological disorder, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can build self-awareness, tap into their resilience, and create meaningful change.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Psychotherapist
I am a clinical social worker who believes healing happens through connection, self-understanding, and self-trust. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome as we work toward meaningful growth, resilience, and wellness.
