Hey I’m Arielle!
I have always been fascinated by the human brain and body and have had a passion for dance, movement, and exercise from a young age. I received my doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Colorado where I discovered my passion for helping individuals with neurologic diagnoses regain function and reduce pain.
During my professional journey I gained experience working with and creating exercise programs for individuals with Parkinson’s disease through the Parkinson Association of the Rockies. I have developed skills in manual therapy to treat pain and have a particular interest working with individuals who have chronic pain conditions. Community engagement and education are very important to me and I look forward to working on a team with people as they take steps to improve their quality of life and function. I hope to create a safe, compassionate, and motivating space for you to reach your goals.
When I am not working I love to travel! I have been all over South America and Southeast Asia with just a backpack on my back and nothing planned in advance. I also enjoy dancing, cooking, and hiking.
