Hi everyone! My name is Joseph Quiambao— you can call me Joey—and I’m an Occupational Therapist here at re+active.

As an OT, my priority is listening to what you want, need, and are expected to do. I love hearing the stories and lived experiences that define your 'occupations', the activities that fill your time and hold meaning for you. Beyond listening, I provide holistic tools and resources to help you navigate challenges, all while keeping our sessions fun, playful, and engaging.

As a USC graduate, my professional interests include sensory processing, neurological rehabilitation, and lifestyle interventions. My doctoral capstone focused on de-stigmatizing cultural attitudes toward Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), and I’m committed to continuing that advocacy. I’m also currently working toward certifications in Sensory Integration and Lifestyle Redesign.

When I’m off the clock, you can find me at the gym, running, practicing yoga, or enjoying my morning matcha. I also stay fueled by creative outlets like dancing, acting, and creative writing. I love meeting new people, so please reach out to the clinic to schedule a session. I look forward to helping you get back to the activities you love!
