This is a full time administrative position with our super fun & creative, evidence based interdisciplinary team of PT, OT, psychology, yoga therapy and personal trainers.

Hi there, I'm Julie Hershberg, a neurologic physical therapist, professor at USC, and the founder of [re+active].The [re+active] team was born in 2012 out of a desire to help people with neurologic disorders reach their highest potential. We have built a team of super passionate lovers of neurology who deeply care about the people they serve.

Qualifications

Administration and organization (min 1 year of experience)

AA or Bachelors Degree

Sales and customer service

Experience in health care a plus!

What you will do

Maintain schedule for staff and therapists.

Answer phone calls and schedule clients

Discuss the value of services with prospective clients

Collect and accurately enter patient data in EMR system and logs.

Communicate with clients, managers, and coworkers in a timely and empathic way.

Assist with insurance authorizations and benefit checks

Manage records and correspondence for clinic

Oversee care coordinators and aides

Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
